The console is an internal tool used by authorised staff to handle customer service conversations, orders, returns and advertising performance for our stores.
The console accesses Google Ads data of our own advertising accounts through the Google Ads API, only to display and manage our own campaigns. This data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for any purpose other than operating our own advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union, protected by authentication, and kept only as long as needed for customer service and legal obligations.
